The terms that govern your use of the Coach Ty app and services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Coach Ty ("Coach Ty," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Coach Ty app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Coach Ty provides an AI-powered platform that creates and adapts personalized running and lifting training plans, analyzes data from connected fitness services, and can push workouts to compatible wearables. Features may evolve over time, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at our discretion.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Coach Ty is not a medical service. Training plans and recommendations are for general fitness and informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.
You use the Service and undertake any physical activity at your own risk. Listen to your body, stop if you feel unwell, and seek medical help when needed.
The Service can connect to third-party platforms and devices such as Strava, Garmin, COROS, and Apple Health. By connecting an integration, you authorize Coach Ty to access, receive, and store the relevant data on our databases, and to send workouts to supported devices, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of each third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy, and the availability of integrations may change.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, the Coach Ty name and logo, and all related content, is owned by Coach Ty and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the data you provide.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Coach Ty or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee any specific fitness or performance results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Ty and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or injury arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
